Your Privacy, Your Data, Your Control

Your inner world is deeply personal, and we treat it that way. MindGlint is built on a simple promise: your data belongs to you, not to us.

Minimum Information Collection

We collect the minimum information required, including your email address and your name (first name or nickname only). No additional information is collected in order to protect your privacy.

Zero Data Retention When You Leave

If you decide to stop using MindGlint and close your account:

  • All of your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

  • This includes your conversation history, coaching session summaries, progress reports, and action plans.

  • We do not keep backups of your personal content “just in case” once you’ve deleted your account.

  • You can delete your account simply by tapping "Delete Account" option in the main menu in the app.

When you leave, your data leaves with you.

Your Data Is Never Used for Any Other Purposes

We know how sensitive these conversations are. That’s why:

  • Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or profiling.

  • Your conversations are not used to train AI models in a way that can be linked back to you as an individual.

  • Your information stays inside your account and is used only to provide and improve your personal coaching experience (for example: remembering your goals, tracking your progress, and tailoring your sessions).

Full Control Over Your Conversation History

You’re in charge of what stays and what goes:

  • You can delete your entire conversation history with your AI coach at any time from within the app.

  • Once deleted by you, this content is removed from your account view and scheduled for secure deletion from our active systems.

No Hidden Agendas

We’re committed to being clear and honest:

  • We use your data only to power your personal coaching journey and app functionality (like progress tracking and personalized sessions).

  • If we ever introduce new features that need different types of data use, we will tell you clearly and give you a choice.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as:

  • Accessing the data we store about you

  • Correcting inaccurate information

  • Exporting your data (where supported)

  • Requesting complete deletion of your account and data

We respect these rights and aim to make exercising them as simple as possible through in‑app options or by contacting our support.

If you’re trusting MindGlint with your most personal thoughts and emotions, you deserve privacy by default, not as an extra. Our goal is simple: give you powerful tools for change, without ever treating your data as a product.
